30 Minute Mongolian Beef ⭐⭐⭐⭐½
This recipe was so flavorful! Both Chris and I really enjoyed it. I added
some veggies and put everything over lo mein. We’ll definitely make it
again! We love Asian flavors, and this was slightly different than what
I tend to make so it was refreshing.
Gnocchi with Meat Sauce ⭐⭐⭐
This pasta sauce was what I had on hand (no tomato sauce), but I still added the meat, spices, garlic, and onion like suggested. I also did not hand made the gnocchi- I had some frozen cauliflower gnocchi on hand. Broccoli was thrown in to add a vegetable element. I’m giving it three stars only because of the substitutions I made- it’s not a reflection of the recipe itself. Obviously if I were to follow the recipe as intended, the homemade version would’ve been better. I encourage you to try it as it’s written!
Pressure Cooker Jambalaya ⭐⭐⭐⭐½
This was SO delicious. I’ve tried to make jambalaya before with other recipes but they weren’t up to par. This one definitely was. I did not get a chance to pick up the shrimp, so we only used chicken thighs and kielbasa, but we didn’t feel like we were missing out. As the recipe says, you can easily customize the proteins here – please try this one!
Pressure Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup ⭐⭐⭐½
Chris really enjoyed this one but I wish I would’ve put more spice into it. (I did when I reheated leftovers) It’s a great base recipe but I needed way more flavor. With some spice tweaks, I would recommend this meal! I might also want to add another vegetable or something else in there to help balance it out.
Air Fryer Fried Chicken ⭐⭐⭐⭐½
This was the best fried chicken I’ve ever made. Soaking the chicken in the buttermilk and hot sauce really made it work. We used Cholula and loved the flavor. We paired it with some asparagus, but you could add rice or another grain as well. I will only be using the recipe in the future- it’s that good!
Tempeh Tacos ⭐⭐⭐½
I’ve never cooked with/eaten Tempeh before but it was super easy and tasty. The consistency of the tempeh here is pretty similar to ground beef. I loved this recipe as my introduction because it was flavorful and inside a dish I already love. I would definitely encourage you to try cooking with/eating tempeh if you haven’t already!
Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wraps ⭐⭐⭐⭐½
I’m not normally a huge wrap person but this was incredible. I loved the bacon in here and the play on flavors with the red onion, avocado, and pineapple jalapeno cream cheese spread. The cucumber crunch delivered in this meal too. I am so glad I found this recipe. Check it out!
Smothered Pork Chops ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Chris and I were pretty blown away with how tasty these pork chops ended up. I don’t usually do anything smothered but this was amazing. I typically do panko-crusted or seared, so this was also a nice deviation from our norm. The flavors were rich and will leave you wanting more!
Creamy Tuscan Salmon ⭐⭐⭐⭐½
Where has this recipe been my whole life? I really enjoy eating honey garlic salmon as one of my go-to meals but didn’t want to stray… until now. I love how crispy and creamy this dish is. We don’t usually use recipes with sun-dried tomatoes and heavy cream, so this was refreshing for us. I am adding this to our favorite meals and never looking back.
